One-Pot Lemon Garlic Prawns Pasta|लेमन गार्लिक प्रॉन्स पास्ता|

Hey Foodies, Today's recipe is an one pot easy pasta made with prawns. Ready in 30 minutes and made with pantry staples. Just don't forget to buy fresh prawns. I had some Rice Angel Hair Pasta but you can make this recipe with Spaghetti or Linguini


Recipe Card:

Serves: 2


Ingredients

2 cups Water / Paani

1 tsp + 1 tsp Salt / Namak

200 g Rice Noodles or any long pasta like Spaghetti or Linguini

1 tsp + 1 tsp Oil / Tel

2 tsp Butter / Makkhan

2 tbsp Garlic, crushed

2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

10-12 Prawns / Shrimp / Jhinga / Kolambi, cleaned & devained

2 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs/ Pasta Seasoning

1 tsp Black Pepper / Kalimirch Powder

Few Coriander / Dhania Leaves, chopped

2 tsp Lemon/Nimbu Juice


Method

1. Boil water with salt in huge pan.

2. Add rice noodles. It will take 3-4 minutes to cook the pasta so keep an eye on it and don't let it over-cook. It should be al-dente.

3. Drain the noodles & add 1 tsp oil. Mix well & keep aside.

4. Heat remaining 1 tsp oil & butter in the same pan. Keep the flame low

5. Add crushed garlic & saute till brown.

6. Add red chilli flakes & prawns, pepper powder & salt & saute for 3-5 minutes. The prawns will curl & turn red when cooked.

7. Add the cooked rice noodles & toss well to coat all the spices.

8. Delicious Prawns Pasta is ready. Serve hot.
